Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
• Encourage the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of each child through creative play, interactive activities, and structured learning.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to promote a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and progress.
• Uphold the school’s mission and values, promoting a positive school culture.

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood levels, preferably within a Cambridge curriculum framework.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage children with innovative teaching methods and a creative approach to learning.
• Enthusiasm for working with young learners and a genuine interest in their growth and development.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with Cambridge Primary programs.
