Reports to: Marketing Director

Job Summary

The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in the growth and sustainability of Niyat Consultancy PLC by managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Director, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans to meet client needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction, providing regular updates to the Marketing Director.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure a seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop promotional strategies and campaigns aimed at key accounts.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving client engagement and retention.
About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 – 6 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in a consultancy or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
