ABOUT THE POSITON:

As a Junior Pharmacist in our Inventory Management System department, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with various departments to implement and enhance our IMS. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, developing training manuals, facilitating and conducting training sessions, and providing support to both internal staff and external clients who use our IMS software.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBLITIES

Collaborate with Various Departments: Work closely with different teams within the organization to understand their inventory management needs and tailor the IMS accordingly.
Report Preparation: Regularly create and present reports on IMS performance, issues, and improvements to the senior management.
Training Manual Development: Prepare comprehensive training manuals that cover all aspects of the IMS for different user groups.
Training Facilitation: Organize and facilitate training sessions for internal staff and external clients
Conduct IMS Training: Provide detailed training to staff involved in purchasing the IMS system software, IT support teams, and data encoders.
Client Support: Offer ongoing support to organizations that purchase our IMS software, ensuring their smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in inventory management systems and suggests improvements to our system.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • BSC Degree in Pharmacy
  • At least one years of professional experience in a in inventory management and pharmacy

Desirable qualities, skill, and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to train and support staff with varying levels of technical expertise.
