PCE Ventures Manufacturing PLC is a fast-growing manufacturing company engaged in impactful production, export-oriented leather goods manufacturing company. As part of our expansion, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team.

Position Summary

The Junior Logistics Officer will support import and export operations, shipment documentation, customs clearance facilitation, and logistics data management. The role requires close coordination with the Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant logistics operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator, the Junior Logistics Officer will:

• Prepare and process shipment and logistics documentation
• Facilitate and follow up on import clearing procedures with relevant authorities
• Prepare export documents and support export facilitation and execution
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and internal teams
• Manage logistics-related data, records, and documentation
• Perform data entry, encoding, and reporting related to supply chain activities
• Support overall logistics and supply chain operations as assigned

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good working knowledge of Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Email)
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
