  • Working as part of a team to deliver satisfaction in Import & exports for all accounts
    Export Shipment booking on shipping Line system (CMA CGM, MSC & Maersk)
  • Submitting Shipping Instruction, VGM on shipping line system and reviewing draft B/L for
    confirmation.
  • To complete customs procedures, and work with appointed routed agents and company
    operated services.
  • Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment SOPs
  • Administrative skills to complete all required paperwork for the import & export process
  • To be able to assist in file billing and quarries relating to costs
  • To use great interpersonal and customer care skills to build relationships timely manner
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced targeted environment
  • To escalate any problems as they arise and seek to find solutions
  • To assist in checking Import & export information for data report
  • Liaise with various government bodies such as National Bank of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Airlines,
  • Shipping and logistics, customs and various ministries and agencies.
  • Cooperate with the other Import & Export senior officers
  • Prepares periodic Reports daily basis for senior officer
  • To apply and practice unit rules and regulations and comply with contractual requirements
  • To apply and practice Contract registration and requirements (Organic COI, EUDR traceability
    information, RFA certificate)
  • Prepare Coffee preparation order, follow output certificate
  • Prepare coffee inspection, follow inspection results
  • Booking shipments, follow container release
  • Always demonstrate and promote good customer service
  • Document scanning, email, letter preparation, cost buildup and other related duty must
    complete on time
  • Undertake a program of personal development in line with the company process
  • Undertake any other duty deemed reasonable by your senior officer and manger

    & Export operation

Working conditions

  • Working conditions may include for example occasional evening and weekend work, including
    working with challenging clients, occasional out of hours work and in a highly targeted, fast-
    paced environment. The job holder is required to adequately manage themselves in an
    environment with the pressure of a fast-paced and highly targeted work environment and to
    communicate any excessive pressure or other types of demands.
