Job Summary

The Junior Human Capital Management Officer is responsible to handle and follow-up the employment of contract employees. Handle the management of temporary employees. Providing pertinent information for mortgage loan, compensation payment, cash indemnity, and pension (internally) and external body based on the request and the Bank’s policy.

Job Requirement

Required Education & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Management / Public administration with a  minimum of 2 years  of  HRM related work experience

Place of Work: Head Office
