Job Summary

• The Technician carries out preventive maintenance of hardware and software;
• installs and updates troubleshoot applications scanning computers for viruses and updating virus definitions;
• implements new operating system, patches, upgrades and releases;
• works with end users to identify and deliver required PC service levels;
• liaises with, and provides training and support to end users/staff on computer operation and other issues;

Required Education & Experience: 

BSC Computer Science or IT Or Network Engineering or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. With a minimum of Two years’ of experience in hardware maintenance.
