Responsibilities

• Communicate with local and international suppliers to receive offers for HVAC equipment.
• Able to understand bid requirements to provide financial offers and technical documents for the respective bids.
• Independently assess technical HVAC drawings to suggest modifications, corrections, and improvements.
• Professional English language skills to communicate technical matters with international suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and precision practical knowledge of working on BOQ
• Updates list of potential subcontractors
• Prepares sub-contract agreement as per the final approved price and agreement template
• Follow up on purchase materials
• Follow up on the delivery of materials to projects
• Evaluate and monitor operational aspects of the projects by reports and periodic supervision by communicating with project engineers.
• Labor status: on leave or terminated

Requirements

Qualifications :  Msc/ Bsc Degree in Electromechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or related

Work Experience:- Only for experience with HVAC 2/4 years related works.
