The total investment of Shangtex Garment manufacturing Ethiopia PLC exceeds two billion birr, which is one of the largest single investments in Ethiopia.

There are 2 phases of the project which seize 100,000 square meters land in total.

Phase I covers an area of 55,000 square meters, manufacturing area 60,000 square meters, 3  workshop buildings in total with capacity of 10 million pieces per year.

The domestic parent company from China is Orient International (Holding) CO.LTD which is one of China’s Top 500 Enterprises,ranking 175 and one of the largest importing & exporting companies in China.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Degree in management and related fields

Age: below 28

Experience: 0-1 year working experience in related fields (fresh graduate is preferred）

Gender:. Male or Female （Female is preferred）

Responsibilities

• Assist with senior compliance staff to finish the necessary job to help the company pass audit.
• Manage the company’s various employee committees and enhance the communication between management and workshop
• Supervise the implementation of various policies formulated by the company.
• Participate in the formulation of new company policies.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the department head or the company.
