About the Job

  • Assist in the management and organization of archival materials and data records.
  • Support the development and implementation of data management strategies
  • Provide technical assistance to clients regarding data access and archival services
  • Conduct regular audits of archived materials to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows in data processing.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the creation of documentation and training materials for internal use.

About You

Education and Experience: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Archives management, Library and Information Science, Information Systems. Information Technology or related fields
  • 2 years relevant experience for Diploma and 0 years for Degree
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client care.
  • Familiarity with archival standards and practices is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Good communication skills;
  • good understanding of customer needs and customer handling techniques;
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage
