Job Summary

Systems Technician is responsible to provide first class technical support for property tenants and walking customers, as well as to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT systems within the property. Among others, monitoring, maintaining, supporting, optimising all local IT services, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues are the duties to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.  Moreover, as a system technician he/she should demonstrate strong self-discipline and a passion for technology.

Job Requirement

• Degree in software programming or Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
• Level 4 Software or Hardware Maintenance
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working within an IT environment.
• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields
