Sabahar works with hand weavers and spinners to produce high quality textiles which we sell globally and locally. We are currently looking for qualified personnel to work in our marketing department.

Job Summary:

The position will include the following tasks:

Export Customer Management

Be familiar with history of all buyers, in terms of products purchased, timing of purchases, changes in products, future direction of company, etc.

• Manage sales accounts for some existing buyers (gradually assuming full responsibility), which includes all correspondence with buyers; producing production plans, following up production of the orders.
• Closely work with export account to ensure correct and timely invoicing, Shipping and updated financial accounts.
• Manage accounts of new buyers, including all of the above, as well as understanding the interest and potentials of these buyers.
• Ensure any communication with buyers is responded to  within 12/24 hours;

 Social media and international marketing

• Assist marketing team with photo shoots. (Planning, styling, photography, post production of photos, etc)
• Represent Sabahar at trade shows, bazaars and pop-up sale, including the preparation of required equipment, signs, brochures, price lists, photographs;
• Reach out to potential buyers before trade shows, as relevant.

Quality Control/Quality assurance

•  Ensure high quality products are exported, according to buyer’s need

Sex: Female

• BSc/BA preferably in textile engineering, business management, marketing, or other related field of study.
• 2 years and above professional work experience.
• Experience from a manufacturing company is preferable.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Amharic.
