Under the supervision of the General Manager (GM), the Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting audits across all functional areas. Key responsibilities include:

 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Organizing and leading audit activities; developing and implementing internal audit manuals.
• Planning and executing financial and performance audits, including surprise audits as needed.
• Preparing risk management plans for new business initiatives and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of financial and administrative systems; recommending improvements.
• Verifying systems for supplies management and stock control to prevent theft and misuse.
• Developing audit objectives and plans aligned with company policies.
• Conducting investigations into financial misuse and reporting findings.
• Submitting comprehensive audit reports to the GM, ensuring reliability and sound conclusions.
• Supporting external auditors and performing additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 

Education & Experience 

• MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance & other related fields
• With 6 to 10 years relevant experience
