Job Description

As we expand our offerings, we seek talented individuals to join our team in content production. Our goal is to create engaging, educational, and visually appealing videos that enhance our learners’ experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Edit instructional videos for various courses, ensuring high quality, clarity, and engagement.
  • Work with the instructional design and subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with educational objectives.
  • Implement visual and audio elements that enhance understanding and retention for learners.
  • Add graphics, animations, and transitions as needed to improve viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the camera operator and graphics designer to ensure seamless content integration.
  • Operate video camerasto capture high-quality footage for educational content.
  • Coordinate with the instructional video editorsto achieve cohesive and effective video materials.
  • Set up, test, and adjust camera settings to produce the best quality footage.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and follow shot list requirements during filming.
  • Active in Social Medias.
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
  • Design visually engaging graphics and animations to be used in instructional videos.
  • Create branding materials, thumbnails, and other visualsto enhance the platform’s identity.
  • Collaborate with video editors to incorporate graphics that clarify complex concepts.
  • Design icons, infographics, and other visual aids that support the learning experience.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Camtasia, Canva).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a camera operator, preferably in educational or corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, and shot composition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow creative direction effectively.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
  • A strong portfolio
