JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: BA or B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, Municipal/Urban Engineering, Highway Engineering, Water/Hydraulic Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Technology and Management

Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation System of Programs/Projects Capacity Building for Monitoring and Evaluation in public sector or urban sector setting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English, excellent report writing skills. Excellent Command of Computer programs and applications with
• significant capabilities in computerized database, spreadsheet construction and statistical software.
• Knowledge of the urban sector issues in Ethiopian is advantageA minimum of 7 years’ general experience of which 3 years’ experience in infrastructure asset management and disciplines stated above including at least 3 years’ experience using GIS.

Duty station: Hawassa city, at Bureau of Urban Development and Construction with frequent travel to UIIDP program Cities.
