 Purpose of the job;

• To ensure efficient and smooth operation within the GIG vision 2016  by designing effective Finance and Corporate Services systems, policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities;

• Maintain Proper book of accounts and records for the company’s income related transaction including Account Receivable and General Ledger.
• Implement approved accounting policies procedures; recommend improvements in the existing accounting operation systems.
• Check and certifies coding of accounts in Income and Account Receivables.
• Verifies all cash and credit sales are made as per approved policies and procedures, verifies that proper authorization is obtained before made sale is affected, and checks the authenticity of documents that support payments.
• Ensure the timely collection of receivables that due from customers.
•  Prepare and controls the fiscal machine invoice for the company product and daily reporting of Z report issued from the fiscal machine to the tax Authority.
• Prepare Monthly, weekly and Biweekly Reconciliation of General ledger along with Subsidiary Ledger.
• Check Aged Receivable on the Monthly Basis.
• Write a letter or communicate with customers for settlement of outstanding balances.
• Respond to questions regarding income and collection procedures.
• Prepare Monthly Loan Statement Reconciliation and other Bank Reconciliation.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

•  Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years at Senior Leadership level OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years at Senior Leadership level
