Position: Import Processor

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Import Processor to join our team. The role involves preparing and processing import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for timely clearance and delivery of goods.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review import documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on clearance with brokers and authorities.
• Communicate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Keep accurate records of import activities and related expenses.
• Support in resolving shipment delays or customs issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Any field of studies.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in import/export operations.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes, INCOTERMS, and import procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, ESW, ERP/logistics systems).
