Job Description


Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C is engaged to make contribution towards the economic development of the country by providing professional and quality financial service to those in demand of it with the aim of adding value in the form of wealth creation and profit making. It has also intention to provide professional and social service to the target customer group in particular and to the country at large.

Requirements

Educational Background:  Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related field

Experience: 5/7 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management in banks or microfinance, out of which 3 years in training and development positions.
