Job Description


JOB SUMMARY

  • Participate in the development of HR strategic plan and HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR demand and supply analysis; and participate in Job analysis, evaluation and grading and other HR studies.
  • Conduct job evaluation surveys.
  • Advertise vacancies for promotion and/or external recruitment
  • Review competency requirements and establish criteria for promotion consideration Facilitate staff transfer, promotion and external recruitment activities
  • Take and prepare minutes of assessment and selection in promotion/ external recruitment
  • Propose necessary interventions for staff performance improvements based on analyzed employee performance results
  • Invite internal/ external potential trainers, analyze their T&D proposal and propose recommendation of trainers to be selected or considered
  • Prepare contract agreement, notify selected trainer and organize necessary training arrangements
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Review training impact assessment data and proposed recommendations
  • Facilitate and follow-up travel formalities for abroad trainings/education participants, communicate the host institution and secure letter of invitation for visa processing
  • Receive training / seminar / course/ workshop schedule and the name of assigned expert/ trainer from sponsoring institution through e-mail, fax, etc.
  • Participate in the preparation of periodic HR progress/performance reports
  • Performs other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • 1 Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Management,
  • Public Management and Policy, Business Management/Administration, Development
  • Management and Organizational Development
  • 5/3 years of relevant experience for 1 degree or 2 degree holder, respectively.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking & active listening
  • Report writing
  • Good Knowledge of basic computer applications.
  • Good knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection, organizational planning and development, training and development and office administration

Age limit: not exceeding 40 years.
