Educational Background

BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Hotel Management or related field

Work Experience

2 years and above in the hospitality Industry

Additional skill & Attribute

knowledge of labor law
Coaching and training skill
Leading Ability
Communication ability in speaking reading and writing English and Amharic
Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule
Pro-activeness and analytical ability
Detail Oriented
Excellent customer service skill
