Job Description

Ethio-Nippon Technical Company (ENITCO) has the Human Resource Operations Supervisor for immediate Placement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Human Resource Operations Supervisor supports the HR Manager in overseeing the Human Resources function of the company.
  • The role involves managing recruitment & selection, Training & development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy &labor Law implementation.
  • The HR Operation Supervisor ensures HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements and guidance to the HR team.
About You

Required Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • From recognized university/college MA/ BA Degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/Public Administration or other relevant field of study.
  • 5/7 years directly related experience out of which 3 years as a senior or above positions.
