Job Summary

Human Resource and Training officer is responsible for the short- and long-term planning of all the HR related functions like workforce planning, staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labour relations, benefits, and on boarding new employees, workforce training and development etc. Additionally, a Human Resources and Training officer is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Moreover, Human Resource and Training officer set the tone for the entire people within The Place Luxury Living. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the Human resource and training division helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and the Human Resources and training officer is at the helm.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership or Related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as HR Trainer and HR Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect Training Development packages & Delivering best practice of training to all level of employees.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
