Summary of the job:

Dealing with hotel manpower planning, requirement/needs assessment, organization, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Maintains employee data, manages employee benefits and compensation plans. Assists with development of HR policies, manuals, and ensures their implementation.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor of Arts in Management, HRM, or Administration.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in a hotel/lodging setting.
