Job Description

Job Overview

Lead and manage various HR functions as directed by the management and in line with HR objectives. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: BA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Required Experience: A minimum 1-3 years in manufacturing company

Place of work for all post is Factory, Dukem City, Oromia
