Job Requirement

Qualification:  BA in Management, Public Administration, HRM or relevant fields

Relevant Experience and required skills: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, handling all functions. Prefer 4 years of management experience in manufacturing factories.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Team Player with high degree of professionalism
• In depth knowledge of the Ethiopian labor law
• Ability to update and develop HR manual
• Facilitating recruitment and training factory employees as well as staff middle level staff
• Capable of working with diverse team at an international level
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English an Amharic
• Resourceful with the ability to tackle various challenges
• Highly organized and ambitious with the ability to function well in a dynamic and face paced environment
