• Lead on workforce planning and recruitment of identified vacancies as per the company policies and in collaboration with other members of the management.
• Ensure smooth and time recruit processes are followed for all openings from advertisement, short/long listing, interview and other assessments and selection
• Manage onboarding and off boarding of staff,
• Manage matters of pay and benefits, pension, salary preparation and overtime payments,
• Lead on performance management process, probation period management, training needs assessment and capacity development programs
• Ensure company policies and guidelines are understood and adhered to by employees
• Serve as the link between employees and management of the company to ensure smooth communication, conflict resolution and other engagements
• Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, pulic administration or related fields
• At least five years’ experience in managerial role in private companies
• Experience in organizational development and reorganization assignments
• Familiar in payroll preparation, benefit administration and pension scheme management
• Familiar in the import/export, transport or manufacturing industry within Ethiopia

•  Have more than 5 years working experience in Human Resource management etc. logistics field.
•  Very good communication skill, Oral and written English is must.
