Requirements

Educational Background: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HRM, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related fields

Experience: 5/7 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management in banks or microfinance, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial HRM Position.
