Job Title: Human Capital Officer I

– Place of Work: Head Office
– Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale

Qualifications/Skills
• Educational Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management/ Management or related
• Work Experience: 2 years as Junior Human Capital Officer or equivalent experience in the Banking industry OR 2 years as Human Capital Officer I or equivalent experience.
