Summary

Under close direction of District Manager, Human Capital Officer performs administrative duties in the areas of recruitment, placement, manpower development, wages and employee welfare services; participates in the development of systems to broaden and enhance the overall corporate human capital development policies

Requirements:

• BA Degree in Management or related fields; 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management
• Good knowledge of principles and practices of Human Capital Management
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to coordinate activities and maintain harmonious human relations
• Basic computer application skills
