Job Description

Essential Function

  • Prepares recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel,
  • Prepare vacancy advertisements and sends to media  and notice boards after approval,
  • Handle  and maintain personnel records of all staff related to employment, promotion, transfer, appointment, salary adjustment, termination and other personnel details;  amends records as required,
  • Handles internal/ external recruitment and employee benefit activities of the Ban,
  • Follows ups the timely delivery of performance evaluations of probationary period  employees from head office and branches,
  • Consolidate accrued annual leaves and other leaves of  all staff,
  • Keep, maintain and update Human Resource Database,
  • Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirement

  • BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position
