Job Description


Job Summary

Knowledge and use of key performance management instruments and tools. Support the Design and establishment of employee Performance Management system framework for the bank. Knowledge of BSC, Competency framework, Work with all Departments to set Goal & Targets. Follow up regular performance feedback of each department employees. Support on communications and advice on succession planning issues in the Bank. Facilitate the succession planning process. Maintain a succession planning records.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Level and work Experience:  BA Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, Management /Public administration A minimum of 3 years related work experience in human resource management

Place of Work: Head office
