Job Description


Unit/Department:-Human Resource & G/Services

Responsibilities

  • Maintain personnel records and update database.
  • Produce and maintain personnel correspondence.
  • Maintain employee absence records and propose appropriate measures to be taken.
  • Ensure that staff performance reviews are undertaken in time.
  • Maintain employee recruitment interview and other employee related issue minutes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resource & G/ services Head.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: BA in HR Management, Business Management or Related field., 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical and Other Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of Written & Spoken English.
  • Good daily activity planning, and Organizational skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law.
  • Proficient in Basic Computer Operations.
