Education : BA Degree or above in Human resource

Work Experience:

• with above 5 years HR leader work experience in manufacturing company preferable
• Be able to handle administration department work independently
• Very familiar with Ethiopia Labor Proclamations, regulations and relevant policies, laws
• Experience in Managing factory employees
• Can deal with different issue between employee and company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Skills in using basic computer applications and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attitude & team work
• Male candidate
