Job Summary

Responsible for recruitment and dismissal of local staff in the department, local staff attendance, payroll and support management, etc.

Job Requirement

Job qualifications:

  • good conduct, quick thinking, strong communication skills and problem solving ability.
  • Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to issue all kinds of notices and correspondence to local personnel in a timely manner.
  • with more than 5 years of experience in human resources management in large enterprises, with a certain degree of human resources file management skills.
  • Familiar with local laws and regulations, culture, and able to resolve conflicts between local employees and enterprises.
  • Be able to organize group activities, have strong organizational skills, and be able to lead local personnel to bring out the corporate culture.
