Job Description


Job Summary

  • Departments, performing a variety of secretarial duties and skilled tasks that may include but not limited to the following:
  • Provides administrative support to the HR Department in the day to day activities of the Office.
  • Develop and maintain filing system and Handles In-coming and Out-going letters.
  • Collects Necessary data and information from various Departments, Service and Branches (email and other correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and other documents)
  • Collects, organizes, files and disseminates monthly, quarterly bi-annual and annual reports and ensures such Regular reports are received and sent to the respective partner organizations on time.

Job Requirement

Education and Work Experience: Diploma in secretary science /BA in business administration,, management, economics, accounting, finance, Business Leadership  or related Field

Experience: 6years for Diploma, 4 years for BA.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Head office
