Job Description

Job Requirement

  • Ba Degree from a university or college and 5 years experience  in the field of hotel industry
  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor law.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies, Job descriptions and evaluate Hr Audit every month
  • Ability to motivate employees for a maximum effectiveness according to the organizations work ethics.
