Job Description


Major Duties (Not all-inclusive)

  • Plan, and organize end-to-end HRM functions based on the company’s HR strategy, values, rules, and procedures.
  • Responsible for end to end of HR activities, recruiting, selection, onboarding, training, disciplinary action
  • Conduct interviews, Keep the applicant’s record, and prepare longlist for exams according to the requirement
  • Perform & manage benefits administration, payroll management, periodic performance management systems, employee grievances, disciplinary issues, medical issues, and other administrative issues.
  • Administering employee’s compensation and benefit plans; including payroll, bonuses, leaves, and absences administration.
  • Support employees in various HR-related issues like leaves, compensation overtime, performance management and resolve any other issues that may arise
