Job Description


Tilla Spa and Fitness, is looking for successful candidate to fill the position of HR Manager, located in Addis Ababa.

Responsibilities

  • The HR Manager duties will in general focus on HR, Housekeeping, Maintenance and a complete audit of the Tilla HR procedures and policies.
  • The HR Manager will ensure that all policies/procedures are clearly communicated and are adhered to, maintain positive employee relations, and ensure that we are staffed with team members who can deliver best practices and high standards in all areas and services.
  • This position will require availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Position Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Management or related
  • 3-5 years HR related supervisory/management experience
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent HR and Customer service skills.
  • Must possess strong HR and Management skills.
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
  • Must be a team player.
