Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification : BA Degree in Management /Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience out of which three years on supervisory/ Senior position
  • Work experience in Manufacturing Industries is preferable

Age: 30 and Above

Remark:

The candidate needs to have a skill of computer literacy( Word, excel, power point, data base, etc), HR functions namely HR planning, Employment Law, HR Policies & Procedures, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee relation, Benefits Administration, Performance, Disciplinary Procedure, Communication, Contract Negotiation & leadership skill

Salary: – As per company scale (Negotiable depending on the capacity, skill & knowledge of the candidate)

Work place:– Bishoftu (Debrezeyet) at Factory site
