The HR and Admin Division Head at National Transport PLC will oversee the strategic management of human resources and administrative functions. This full-time executive role will be based in the office in Addis Ababa, focusing on aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The position requires effective leadership to develop a high-performing team and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
