Job Summary

Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor is responsible to in supervising the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping and laundry divisions in accordance with company standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by the division manager, to assure that the property is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary, and comfortable manner, and that an adequate supply of laundry/linen is always on hand to meet the needs of customer. Additionally, Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor is responsible to oversee the team of housekeeping and laundry attendants towards achieving the operational objectives while ensuring that the property operational standards are met. Moreover, responsible for managing overall daily operations of the Linen and laundry rooms. Also ensure quality controls are in place and manage customer service inquiries.

Job Requirement

• BA degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Housekeeping role with at least 1 year in a supervisory role experience of running a laundry.
• Excellent communication skills required.
