Job Summary

Housekeeping and Laundry Head supervises all housekeeping and laundry employees, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans, and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees, audit and inspects housekeeping and Laundry personal work assignment and requisition supplies. Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department. Housekeeping and Landry Head is responsible to successfully oversee the entire housekeeping and laundry operation and team daily, looking after all public areas of Charges. In addition, he/she is responsible for running laundry departments day to day operations and to deliver an excellent customer experience while managing stock ordering and supplier relationships. First and foremost is to always be motivated, highly engaged to provide personalized “world class” customer care and service to all residents, internal employees / clients, and management in line with the agreed service standards and procedures.

Job Requirement

• BA Degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related.
• 5+ years’ Experience working as Laundry or Housekeeping Assistant Head or longer in a supervisor role preferably within a 5-star Hotel or similar hospitality industry.
• Knowledge on PMS Software.
