About Us: –

Pioneer Diagnostic Center is the diagnostic center that give medical diagnoses with advanced imaging equipment, e.i 1.5 T MRI, CT scan, Permanent Magnetic MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, ECO & X-Ray.

We have three branch No 1 Bole Road Alem Building, No 2 Gotera Condominium inside Hallelujah Hospital, No 3 inside Radio Fana, No 4 Megenagna inside Lancet Hospital.  Our moto is HELPING DOCTORS HELPING PATIENS

Job Responsibilities: –

  • Manage branches operational assistant managers & department team leaders and participate in development of training material.
  • Collaborate with the COO in the management of resources, budget, billing and inventory.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, programs and new program development,
  • Manage quality assurance as well as safety programs and Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Optimize patient flow and patient access.
  • Tracking operating results and collaborate in strategies that help enhance revenue.
  • Timely handling of work queues
  • Verify high quality patient experience.
  • Analyze and review monthly metrics
  • Serve as an on-site resource to improve front-end efficiency.
  • Responsible for workflows that ensure proper continuity of care.
  • Effectively communicate and work collaboratively on all levels.
  • Regular meeting with department supervisor.
  • Regularly update the COO regarding the operation work.
  • Timely flow up incident report, which is send from department supervisor, discuss with the responsible parties, take appropriate active and report to the COO.
  • Regularly (Monthly, quarterly) work report for COO.
  • Support the COO in the development of all operation department manual, SOP, Protocols, training of staffs and other related documents.
  • Timely conduct customer satisfaction survey periodically and review with COO and the Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with Medical Background,
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Knowledge in quality assurance and compliance programs
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Information technology skills
  • Experience with complex scheduling and coordination
  • Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp and synthesize findings, develop alternative solutions, and clearly articulate recommended options.
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex and non-routine issues with creative solutions, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes with flexibility to meet the demand of multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated administrative, office coordination, project management capability.
  • Supervisory experience in operations and/or customer service
