Educational Requirements፡ MA/BA degree in Economics /Management/ Accounting

Relevant Work Experience፡ 6/8 years relevant experience with 4 years on supervisory positions

Personal Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills with ability to make sound judgment and decisions, excellent evaluating techniques as well as R and D knowledge, ethical conduct in line with a recognized, professional and company’s codes and ethics, proactive, resource, solutions orientated and results-oriented ability to work collaboratively. Management leadership and staff developments skills and a focus on marketing and business development partner capacity strengthen, very good planning, monitoring, formulating strategies, performance reviewing.
