Head of Maintenance Department (Technical)

Job Purpose:

To lead the maintenance department, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained for optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff and technicians.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and improvement plans.

Minimum Experience: 5 years

Qualification: BSc Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with relevant experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical expertise in mechanical/automotive systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex equipment issues.
