Responsibilities and Duties

• Identifying HR gaps within the company and recruit, select and hire competent candidates,
• Give induction, job description and create & maintain employee records,
• Timely update of employee related benefits, leave, medical history, performance evaluation, administrative letters and third party correspondences,
• Reviewing and renewing company policies, salary scale and legal compliance,
• Handling employees on any HR related queries including payroll,
• Forming and maintaining property records and documentations of the company,
• Annual renewal and registration of licenses, permits and compliances,
• Good problem solving skills towards work related issues with staff, community and stakeholders,
• Keeping a good working relationship with the local administration,

Job Requirement

• Minimum of BA in HR, Management or related field from recognized institution with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory or head of HR position,
• Experience in hospitality industry is preferable but not compulsory,
