Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary IT Head to lead our technological initiatives and drive digital transformation within our organization.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and lead the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure to facilitate efficient and up to date management information that help management make accurate.
•  Coordinates and leads the analysis of the IT system requirements of different work units and conduct feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources.
•  Leads the development of data management programs and systems integration to facilitate effective and efficient information flow in the company.
•  Coordinates and supervises the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems.
•  Ensures timely maintenance and rectification of hardware or software in different work units.
•  Ensures that all internet connections are updated and maintained.
•  Develops system analysis and design for new systems.
•  Develops and implements information technology performance measures.
• Reviews systems integration and design efficiency.
•  Develops operator’s manual and technical manuals describing the system structure.
•  Periodically conducts performance evaluation of IT team members.
•  Provides training and support to team members to enhance their skills in performing their duties.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
•  Proven expertise in ERP implementation and optimization, networking, cloud computing, and programming languages.
•  Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
