Job Description


Dugda Construction Plc is BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in the Building Construction, Special Foundation & Supplier Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties

  • Understands, manages, and supervises all aspects of cash flow.
  • Forecasts daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
  • Manages daily collections, receivables, disbursements and payments; closely follow up and ensure their compliance with Company Financial Policies and Procedures.
  • Closely follows up the cash position of the Company and ensure that its payment obligations are discharged appropriately.
  • Closely follows up and ensure that all receipts of the Company are collected and properly accounted for, deposited to bank intact daily, and adequately controlled.
  • Assesses, manages and mitigates foreign currency exposure.
  • Manages debt obligations and lender relationships.
  • Prepares or monitors company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
  • Evaluates, develops and implements cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
  • Develops and promotes relationships with treasury service providers, external providers of capital, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification : BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and other Related Field of study

Work Experiences : 8 years and above at Similar Position (Construction or Private organization work experience Advantageous)

Technical Competency

  • Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Basic Management Skill.
