Main duties and responsibilities

Under the general direction and supervision of the Marketing Directorate Director, translate brand elements into plan to motivate the target audience to take action. Lead creative Development to motivate the target audience to take action. Establish performance specifications, market application and sales estimates. Monitor Market trends, research customer markets and competitors activities. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

Specific duties & responsibilities

• – Analyze brand Positioning and Customer insight.
• – Shape and Communicate our vision and mission.
• – Translate brand elements into plan to motivate the target audience to take action.
• – Lead creative Development to motivate the target audience to take action.
• – Establish performance specifications, market application and sales estimates.
• – Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIS,
• – Monitor Market trends, research customer markets and competitors activities.
• – Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• – Devise innovative growth strategies.
• – Align the company around the brands directions, choices and tactics.
• – Prepares annual plan and budgets of branding and digital marketing activities.
• – Prepare performance report and submits submit to the director.
• – Coach, mentor and evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the unit and make sure that they acquire the necessary skills.
• – Performs other function as required.

Job Requirements

Education : MA/BA in Marketing Management/Business Management/computer Science/ Information Technology or other related fields

Work Experience : 8/10 Years Related Experience

Special skill/Training : Computer Programing and Software Development
