Job Description


Ethio Impact Consulting PLC is seeking a Admin Head for one of our client. under the supervision of the Deputy Managing Director, directs and oversees

activities in the Property Administration and General Service Sections by supervising and coordinating tasks through subordinates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure vehicles, fixed assets, and company equipment are properly maintained, recorded, and serviced on time.
  • Oversee annual inspections, license renewals, insurance coverage, and lease payments.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company procedures, regulations, and contracts.
  • Follow up on administrative tasks, monitor contract agreements, and ensure the timely completion of termination processes.
  • Supervise cleaning, security, and utility maintenance, ensuring bills and related fees are settled on time.
  • Monitor proper servicing of lifts, generators, fire extinguishers, and related facilities.
  • Develop and implement training plans, ensuring materials, reports, and certificates are properly managed.
  • Handle employee administrative requests and ensure company policies are followed.
  • Support divisions with administrative decisions and ensure updated records are maintained.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

About You

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA degree in Management, Business Administration or related field. 6 year experience 2 years as administration head positions.
